Making School Payments Easy and Secure
At Winford Church of England Primary School, we aim to make paying for school meals, trips and activities as simple and convenient as possible for families.
We use secure online payment systems to help parents and carers manage payments and bookings without needing to send cash into school.

ParentPay – School Trips, Activities and Other Payments
We use ParentPay for payments relating to school trips, educational visits, activities and other school expenses.
ParentPay is a secure online payment service that allows parents and carers to make payments quickly and easily.
What can I do with ParentPay?

Pay securely online using a debit or credit card.

Receive notifications about new payment items and reminders.

Manage payments for more than one child through your account.
Getting Started
When your child joins Winford, you will receive a letter containing your ParentPay activation details.
You can then activate your account and begin making payments online.
If you have not received your activation details or need assistance, please contact the school office.

Aspens Select – School Meals
Our school meals are provided by Aspens, and parents use the Aspens Select system to choose and book their child's meals.
Through this system, you can:

View the school meal menu.

Choose your child's preferred meals.

Book meals in advance.

Pay for meals where a charge applies.

Manage meal bookings for your child.
Booking School Meals
Meals should be booked through Aspens Select by 8.30am on the day the meal is required.
We encourage parents and carers to choose meals together with their children, helping to ensure they select food they will enjoy.
Our menus include a range of choices, including vegetarian options.
Free School Meals
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school lunch through the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme.
Children in other year groups may also be eligible for benefits-related free school meals, depending on their family's circumstances.
